The Process

1. Complete Consultation
Fill out the consultation form and submit it. We will contact you for a consultation of you project.

2. Send Media & Deposit
After the initial consultation, we will discuss the best way for you to send us your media. If sending media to us please submit it to the address on the contact page and adhere to the shipping instructions at the bottom of this page. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of us receiving your media. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Studio Visions.

3. Selection of Media
Conversion and selection of media for final project.

4. Final Payment
Studio Visions ships DVD and originals in 3 business days from receipt of final payment.

5. Shipment of Project and Originals
Studio Visions ships final DVD project and originals in 3 business days from receipt of final payment.

Shipping Instructions:

Please send all photos in a flat cardboard mailing envelope. Be sure to mark on the outside of the envelope "FRAGILE: DO NOT BEND". If you are sending any VHS tapes please ship them in an appropriate box. Please be sure to label all media. We are not responsible for any damaged media during shipment.
